Orders can be shipped internationally, but some exclusions may apply.

We offer free shipping on all preorders.

All pre-orders will be shipped in end-May 2025. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Import Fees and VAT (Taxes) and Duties are included in your order for Canada, the US and Europe.

For orders placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes based on the destination province.

If you are located outside of Canada, the US or Europe, your order will be shipped from Europe. Please expect applicable VAT and duties depending on where you are placing the order fro

You can check the status of your order through our website via the chat feature or your account. We will also send you email updates, so just keep an eye on your inbox, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

We ship every order with a 2ml. You may also order our discovery set, to experience all three perfumes from the Chapter 1 collection.

Products purchased online or in a pop-up space may be returned in their original, unused packaging within 14 days of receipt. During the holiday season, from December 15 to January 15, this period is extended to 20 days. You'll automatically receive a free 2ml sample with every purchase of a 50ml format. Use it to make sure you like the fragrance before opening the 50ml packaging.

To return a product, please write to info@parfumsmanuelmathieu.com, indicating your order number, the reason for the return and photos of the product you wish to return. A customer service representative will contact you and generate a return label if necessary. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the return label. If you return the item in any other way, without using the return label generated by us, we will not compensate you for the return shipping costs.

You must pack the item in its original packaging or in a padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. If an item is lost or broken in transit, due to inadequate packaging, it will not be treated as a returned item.

All returned items will be looked over when they are received. We will not issue a full refund if items show signs of having been opened or handled excessively.

Once the return has been processed, Customer Service will email you to confirm that the refund will be made by the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned items (provided the items were returned within 7 days of the original delivery).

A restocking fee of 10 euros, 10 US dollars and 15 Canadian dollars will be applied to all returns and deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. They are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
